DUMPSTER RENTAL CONTRACT:
Customer requesting service agrees to the following terms and conditions for dumpster rental services. This agreement applies to all future rentals after the initial signature.

Pricing and Payment
1. Weight Allowance
- Standard rentals include up to 2 tons for 15 and 20 yards. 7 yard standard rentals include up to 1 ton.
- Overage is billed at $99 per ton above the limit.
- 7-yard flat-rate dumpsters: $99 per ton applies for non-recyclable materials.
2. Additional Disposal Fees
Customer is responsible for landfill surcharges (including mattresses and tires).
3. Rental Period
Rental includes use for the scheduled term. Additional days are $25/day.
4. Payment Terms
- Base fees and pre-approved rental extensions are due before delivery.
- Additional charges (overweight, disposal, etc.) are due within 14 days of pickup.
5. Late Payments
- Balances unpaid after 14 days accrue 15% interest from pickup date.
- Minimum late fee: $25.
6. Failed Delivery
A failed delivery incurs a minimum $150 fee for fuel and time expenses.
7. Extended Rentals
The customer must request pickup when finished. Failure to do so results in daily overage charges.
8. Special Item Fees
- Mattresses: $30 each
- Tires: $30 each
9. Cleaning Fee
Dumpsters returned with prohibited waste (including food and paint) will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
Acceptable Use
The following items are NOT allowed in dumpsters:
- Hazardous, toxic, or corrosive materials
- Liquids of any kind
- Unemptied containers, drums, or cans
- Propane or compressed gas tanks
- Medical waste or animal carcasses
- Prohibited waste including malodorous waste, asbestos, paint, vehicle batteries, and gas bottles
Material Restrictions
- Heavy materials (dirt, rock, brick, concrete) are only allowed in 7-yard dumpsters.
- All debris must remain level with the top and evenly distributed.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customer is liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Dumpster must not be moved by the customer.
- Customer must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup.
- Inaccessible containers will be charged $99/day until accessible.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining required permits, city approvals, and paying associated fees.
Access & Property Conditions
- Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access and suitable ground conditions.
- Customer is responsible for protecting driveways, grass, and surrounding surfaces.
- 615 Dumpster Rentals LLC is not responsible for surface damage unless caused by negligence.
Retrieval & Non-Return
If the dumpster is not returned or accessible, 615 Dumpster Rentals LLC reserves the right
to enter the property and retrieve it without notice, at the Customer’s expense.
Customer waives claims for damages, legal or otherwise, related to such retrieval.
